Moving is never easy! I relocated back to Brooklyn and after working with several brokers at other realty companies, I found an amazing apartment through Zuz Realty. I worked directly with David, whom was extremely personable and attentive. The apartment needed a major re-haul however it had great potential. David worked closely with management to ensure that all repairs were done in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way.
After just a few weeks, I am comfortably settled in my new apartment and I love it. I really appreciate how easy of a process Zuz Realty made this for me. I was skeptical at first from the reviews I saw, however I had a good experience and would recommend them.

Sorry about delay but busy getting work.
What can I say? I now live in an amazing corner of Brooklyn, with suburban houses and a whole load of trees...go figure! Close to the city. I searched all 5 boroughs for 2 months all day long.
I started by looking for a room in the 800-1200 range. I stumbled upon a studio for 1100 in Washington Heights and was stunned to find that something around that amount would get me my own place.The only catch: a brokers fee (and a pay stub). That didn''t work out (someone else was faster with the paperwork) and I am happy it didn''t .
After realizing that the money you pay a broker is probably the wisest investment you will ever make I searched brokers offers. The only place comparable in size to what I finally signed with ZUZ on was in Crown Heights, and my place is beautiful and in a beautiful, relaxed, very mixed place. Truly a great find, everyone agrees. Sunlight pours in all day long (no tall houses around), the wood floors are beautifully (there''s that word again) finished.
Management and live in super have been perfect so far, responding very quickly and always being available. No Bugs. No surprises.

Working with Zuz Realty was a great experience! They promised and guaranteed the right apartment for me, and they found it! David was very patient along the process and kept me informed of new listings that matched what I was looking for. I definitely recommend working with Zuz Realty. It's not easy looking for a place in New York on your own.

Apartment hunting is no fun. The guys at Zuz Realty all worked together, passing along the duties to whoever was available to show me a an apartment, take my papers in the office, meet me at the management company's office, etc. They work together well and were speedy in finding me an apartment. I'd rather not pay a Broker or an agent, these guys earn their fee. They seem to have an inside line to the management companies, so that they get the apartment viewings before the apartment is ready to show. So if you can see potential, just jump on it, so that you are sure to get the best place for you. This is a business in which "you snooze you lose" I learned the hard way ... so get ready to go for what you want. I recommend Zuz Realty. Honest.

I recently relocated back to Brooklyn for a job and needed to find a place ASAP. I was soooooooooo frustrated with my current housing arrangement, overwhelmed with the process of searching and not to mention, nervous about my income and credit; BUT, Zuz Reality was light at the end of my tunnel!! My Broker was David and although his communication appeared to be delayed during what felt like a major crisis for me, he was on the other end working hard to find me a place that met all my requirements. I LOVE my place, price, location and that fact that David was able to tolerate me. I was a bit difficult to deal with but he always remained, optimistic, professional and is a great negotiator!
Zuz Reality is awesome and I highly recommend them to help you find your next place!

I saw an ad online and I called David at Zuz Realty. I needed an apartment quick, near transportation, elevator and laundry. David and his partner Allen worked fast and I was able to see a few places before I made my decision. They were awesome! They met all of my needs. I was looking for an apartment in Brooklyn in a specific area. This company had offerings in most of Brooklyn (i.e. Park Slope, the hottest neighborhood, to something quiet like Midwood) which meant I had many options. The broker met me at the property that I liked, took me to his office, and I filled out all paperwork and provided all the required documents. It was a seamless process and this company was HONEST. No funny business here and they didn't waste my time showing me useless apartments, nor did they push any apartment on me like an aggressive salesman. I ended up choosing an apartment based on my needs and requirements. I am writing this review to hopefully steer those who are looking for an apartment in Brooklyn to a real estate company that is honest and forthright. Give them a shot when you are searching for a place in Brooklyn. I saw quite a bit of different locations and properties that they were managing.

As for my sole criticism, I can only reiterate what I already told one of you on the phone: you guaranteed me I wouldn't need a signed lease or letter of occupancy to set up an account with ConEd. You were wrong, and this cost me about 12 hours in total of time, dealing with people on the phone, not being able to work, etc....
It's a small issue in the scheme of things, especially looking back. I just wanted to let you know so that you give your future clients the correct information.
